Should've just named the topic: "Voyeur 2 Discovered" :D

That's a nice find. Would prbly make a killing if it was listed on ebay, or at least it would be interesting to see what a desirable CDi proto would sell for.

Anyway, hoping this gets released soon.

there are many ways to win and lose in voyeur, since you see the plot unfold in different ways regardless I would recommend not using a walkthrough.

i think it's a really good game though.

i would recommend getting a CDi-220 or one of the more common models. you might need to get a DVC to play all the games but they are not expensive. I like the 220 because it has few compatibility issues of the models I've tried (it does not play Family Games 2 which only works on PAL models and it h...

I really liked Steel Machine, although I've never actually completed the final level. Couldn't agree more about your ship shifting from the left to the right of the screen being a major annoyance, even though I got used to it after awhile, still find myself getting a little careless and smashing int...

that's too bad that there is no DVS functionality, something I've been wondering since I saw the unit on the CDi hardware page. Yeah I saw the sellers advertisment and I would've always assumed it was DVS-enabled had there been no information otherwise. Still a very obscure model CDi player to come ...

^ am I the only one who finds the capdisc/ALG games on the CDi to be some of the worst ports specifically because of the momentary pause every time you take a shot? I think those could have *really* benefited from seamless branching technology. A little sad imo because crime patrol is actually prett...

If it truely has DVS support then it seems like a nice system if you're looking for a CDi player (lmk when you get it b/c I'm a little curous). Saw one sell for about $50 on ebay but that was quite awhile ago, if you're looking for that model then I'd say it's worth grabbing it.

Some other games I'd say leave you wishing you never tried them include: Christmas Crisis, Laser Lords, Zelda's Adventure, Escape from Cybercity, Tetsuo Gaiden, Pinball Never understood why some people prefer Zelda's Adventure over the other two... just painful to play. --- As for good games, I thin...

Although I think that Golden Oldies games are a bit lazily coded, I have spent a little time playing Guardian on Golden Oldies I (all the other entries I think are really bad and way too basic). Unfort. the presentation of the Namco collection needs a little improvement too and seems to be content w...

I prefer the versions that have the black bars on the edge (FM Towns, CDi) since the other ones are just stretched to appear full screen. My biggest complaint with the CDi version is the washed out colors and the awkwardly redone cutscenes. Haven't really played this version enough to run into any c...

the shooting sequence has never worked for me on any of my NTSC players. If it does work, my best guess is that it only works on PAL units but I have not tried this yet.

i thought this was a pretty generic game, theme and plot were not very special or engaging, which is part of the reason I never finished it. Adventure fans would probably want to pick this up if they got a CDi, but i'm not really an adventure-game-type fan. Like some other CDi games (Zenith, Mutant ...

I've tried to play through one of them and agree, they aren't terrible games. Some major flaws and quality concerns but at least playable.

I think most people compare them relative to other console Zelda releases, in which case I think they are pretty bad.

I asked the seller if this was an interactive CD-i title or a VCD when the listing was still active, he said 'it is an actual cd-i and includes a multiple choice test and video segments.' Didn't bid on it because I didn't know whether the MC test was video-based (where they ask the question and then...

I also like the 450 model as they're among the smallest (although there are other nicer looking models like the DVS and LG). The battery died on one of my 450's and will no longer allow game saves :( As for games: Apprentice, Atlantis, Burn Cycle, Hotel Mario, Lost Ride, Plunderball, Steel Machine a...
