I started out with a 910 back in the day. As time went on I picked up a coupla 220's from thrift stores and most recently picked up a 550,490 and a really nice 370. All of them work just fine now but I did have to do the battery rework on the timekeeper on my 910 and one 220. Sure do like the 370's ...

No it's not at all like replacing a Sega Saturn battery,unfortunatlely. You have to grind away the plastic on the chip to gain access to the battery Then you have to solder wires to the existing battery wires and run the wires to a new battery that you mount(hopefully in a holder of some sort) somew...

Without a doubt the onboard battery that is located on the Timekeeper chip is dead. :(
