On my 210 theres an elastic band which turn the gears to open and shut the drive. Also if your drive isnt spinning go look at my problem in the technical forums (the one moved from the other place) because the guys at this forum gave some great advice and mines working now :D

THANKS FOR THE HELP PEOPLE

I can safely say my CD drive now spins. I tried what you said and it was the problem.

Only problem now is it wipes the saves when switched off.
I shall go and read up on the other thread about this problem.

I too have a passion for music. I am infact a bass player.

Im not a fan of emulators. I prefer playing on the real machines. I always get a feeling somethings not quite right when I use an emulator.

The thing I do like about them is more people use them more people want games for them and games become easier to get hold of
