Hello,

My CDi collection has it's own album now in my Room of Doom

showing the collection of all games in one picture doesn't do it justice.
here's a cleaned up version of my CDi collection.
I hope i can add more titles soon (and a boxed CDi).

just scroll down to the Philips CDi section and click

you should have kept the tape on the box, and opened with a knife along the edges/slits/openings.
in many years to come, the tape degrages and comes off almost by itself

PAC-PANIC

Pac-Panic on CDi, issued in a standard jewel case. How come the manual doesn't fit?

CDi software serials, are they country related?

so far I got the following starting with:

310690***-2
69****-2
810 ****
811 ****

is it something to do with country of origin, or not?

But it still has it's own 811 0056 catalogue number (with the 3 CDs being 810 0110, 810 0117, 810 0170), cost me GBP 22.00 in the UK. Maybe I should listen to them one day, and experience the graphics. Memories of Jeff Minter popping up :-)

head crash triple pack

anyone ever listened to head crash triple pack?
I know 'eScape' was available on it's own, but were the others too? I never seen those on ebay or so. Neither the triple pack, coming to think of it.
Rare?

So what was the point of CDi players with no Digital Cart?

I mean if Philips released the next big digital system, the CDi, why release it without digital cartridge in the first place? Shouldn't it been built in straight from the beginning?
This doesn't make sense....
