This was only a reference list from the ICDIA of what software it did have. Not intended as a complete catalogue even though it is very extensive and may seem like one!!

What was the definitive game for CD-i

Between the regular bog standard conversions of "Rise of the Robots" and countless boardgames we had some real classics on this system. Some were exclusive releases, at least to start with so what was the definitive CD-i game. Which game would you point to and go that was the pinnacle of CD-i gaming...

Hmm you'll have trouble tracking down the first issue, it's very uncommon even on ebay. I found mine through a private seller so who knows you may have some luck on these forums in the future!! I've considered some form of trading post but then that attracts trouble if things go horribly wrong with ...

Where are you located in the world adi82? You could probably pick up a player and a few games fairly cheaply.

This is a serious question actually, I believe it's of vital importance to get these prototypes now. Calypso can shed more light on this matter than I can but inevitably the CD Writeable Media of the time was not as stable as it is now so gradually with time errors will creep into the data through d...

Asked myself the same question many times, I think it's the challange!!

As for other sites covering the multitude of retro systems, loads and loads. They all have a specialty just check out the ClassicGaming section with Hosted Websites as just one example.

Rag Doll Kung Fu

Been following this one for a few months now. An employee at Lionhead (Black & White) has developed this whole game in his spare time, it's called Rag Doll Kung Fu and looks like a really good pickup and play game for your PC. It's probably only gonna cost 10 squid (£10 about 15 Euros) and looks lik...

Some issues of CDi Magazine published adverts with release dates for games like Burn:Cycle, although i'm not sure if this was ever the actual release date in the end. Ideally we'd be looking for some official Philips scehdule, any ex-philips Media employees lurking around :?

I've always had a soft spot for the type of music your describing, certainly appreciate the stuff Simon Boswell did for Burn:Cycle. My main staple diet of music has to be Black Metal/Thrash/Hip-Hop Metal/ Straight Hip-Hop and RAVE. Used to go to all the concerts man!! The most memorable would be Pan...

Any new versions not included on the ICDIA would be great. Must be a few editions locked away in a cupboard somewhere gathering dust!!
