I´ve dumped my bios (p910), its 512kb. When starting the emu (just opening it) it says "An Error has occured, the program must be closed", and windows exits the emu.
Without Bios file it starts, but of course doesnt work.

Possibly, your BIOS file is corrupted. Try to get an original one. Otherwise, install it again, it shouldn't crash from the very start.
