I always thought that there was only one version of the game Zelda's adventure released, but that doesn't appear to be the case.
I recently acquired a Zelda's adventure that has a different manual than the normal 810 0147 version. The manual is in English, Spanish and Italian (I Believe) and has 810 0157 printed on the back. The disc itself and back of the case has the usual 810 0147 printed on it and all in the usual English, German, French and Dutch.
So I was wondering does there exits a 810 0157 version of the game with matching disc printing and back cover? or is this the closest available?
anybody own it?

Another nice catch! Mine is a 810 0147 including the English, German, French and Dutch languages in both the manual as the back of the case. I've never seen a different language version! Is there any lay-out difference in the manual?

the English version is identical (as far as I've noticed).
But the 810 0157 manual is printed on nicer paper (thicker and a bit shiny). This probably wasn't possible for the the 4 language version, because of the extra pages required for the extra language translation.
