Anything relating to CD-i can be discussed in this forum. From the multiple hardware iterations of the system to the sofware including games, reference, music and Video CDs. Maybe you hold an interest in Philips Media and the many development houses set up to cater for CD-i if so then this is the forum.

The thing is, besides some high-res screens and videos we're not even sure where to go with it. I'm contacting the lead programmer for some nice stories, and our own stories perhaps, I don't know. You should have told the word teaser earlier, that way I can understand the purpose a little more: I'm just a little protective with giving away "exclusive" material to anyone. I don't have any problem with anyone using the media already being spreaded. In fact, there's not much you can do about it anyway
Ofcourse we'd be honoured when anyone does a teaser about one of our subjects. My previous post wasn't meant to be harsch. Let's go with a couple of screenshots then, please keep the video here, is that ok with you?

Sounds good to me, lets discuss what screens you'd like here and I'll get to it!

Yes, that's ok.
Two or three screenshots will do, as the article won't be that long anyway.

So what do you fancy? Some introductory scene a little gameplay perhaps?

One from the intro, one from the main menu and one in-game. What exactly is up to you.

Hey, I'm just curious, what does the in-game music sound like, because I know every other version of microcosm that I know has a different soundtrack to it.

There is nu actual music when playing the game, only the introduction and credits movie have some low-wave sci-fi music, I'm not sure if it's used from other Microcosm versions, I've never played another version

Well, I noticed that the intro's music has the 3DO version's title screen music. It also can be heard on the sega/mega cd's extra cd-audio trakcs.

Is that the one that starts with the blue hue? Likely we already have that one but please fire away, it could still be a 'missing' video.

So I posted the low-res videos
here of CD-i Microcosm, whenever we have them in high-res I will replace them, so check back if you want to see it in higher res.
Now where the hell are they

I just noticed this thread. Were you able to copy this? I saw
on the first page how you were having trouble. If that is still the
case hit me up with a PM. We can duplicate it if you need us to.
Some prototypes for the CD-i are a real pain to build into ISO's but
we have been able to do every one we've had with a few tricks and
some programs I wrote here.
Let me know!

Can you please release this disc image to the public? I would like to see how this version plays for the 1st level.
