I actually have 2 DVS-VE 200's, curious to know if the specs are anything special compared to other models?

unfortunately the picture turned out grainy because it was too dark, I'll take a good photo soon though.

the power supply/region switch is at least. I don't think many (or any??) other models have this feature

sure, no problem. I'll take photos of the box seperately - front/back (both same), side (both sides same) and the top (nothing on the bottom). also do you want some of the player separately? and do you want high or low res?

sorry I haven't got the photos yet. its been really overcast lately so photos turn out too dark like the other one. and using the flash distorts the original colours. shouldn't be like this too much longer though it's usually sunny as hell around here.

btw on my VE-200 when I play Hotel Mario (NTSC) for about 5-10 mins the sound effects start to get choppy and sometimes dissapear altogether for a little while. also mario's feet flash which I didn't notice on my old player. all other games I tried work fine though. can someone else who owns a VE-200 check to see if this happens to them as well? it would be pretty strange if only my unit had this fault

It happens for me as well... Uncover Tatjana won't load past the intro FMV either . I'm guessing they probably work fine in PAL mode, since Family Games II works perfectly in PAL (on the DVS) but not in NTSC (on any CDi for that matter).

thanks for that, i was worried for a while there was something wrong with mine. still thats too bad that not all the games work properly on the DVS, hopefully most do though. the apprentice works properly at least :)

edit: sorry its taking so long Bas, its heaps sunny now but I keep waking up 3 or 4 in the afternoon (school holidays) and by then its too dark for decent photos. i'll stop being lazy and have them soon though
