I think one of the oldest titles on CD-i is the telecity disc or time-life photography (1990?) but what was the first game?

I agree with King, I can't find a game with a catalogue number lower than Palm Springs' (0013)

the first games were probably released in 1991...
If you look at the catalogue numbers, what about Battle Ship or Jigsaw?
Palm Springs was indeed a launch title in the US, perhaps it's the very first one...
