CD-i Case Logic CD wallet

Anyone know what this is about? Is it just some promo thing, or was this actually on sale? It has 12 sleeves and looks like a normal CD wallet.

I forgot to mention that my wife got it from a flea market. I doubt she paid more than 1 or 2e for it. But if anyone has any info on this I'd appreciate it.

I have one, it came from the netherlands but that's about all I know about it.
