True...but I believe the Arcade version which is identical predates the 3DO Gun and the Peacekeeper Revolver.

The Peacekeeper though has the big long annoying leads and laser box.
I must admit Id prefer the 3DO version. just for less hassle

Yes it is a rather cumbersome device!!
I hope Terratron will be able to make an adapter someday that will allow other guns to be compatible with CD-i. Some problem with custom chips though
