Anything relating to CD-i can be discussed in this forum. From the multiple hardware iterations of the system to the sofware including games, reference, music and Video CDs. Maybe you hold an interest in Philips Media and the many development houses set up to cater for CD-i if so then this is the forum.

You could ask these people:
BONAMI SPELCOMPUTER MUSEUM, they have an AV5 on display.
Still need to get it's ROMs, though...

A little tidbit I just found out from studying the 210/60 and 220/80 service manual main board schematics: the B&O machine has the same Mono-IV mainboard, and it can be switched between PAL and NTSC.
