That game should work fine with the 210. Either it's a bad disc or the player is malfunctioning. I guess other CD-i discs work okay with this 210?

Is the game an original or is it a download? If it is the latter your file may be corrupt.

I was thinking the same thing, sometimes even the smallest scratch can be bothersome. :?

Apparently rubbing toothpaste onto the scrath solves some problems. Honestly! I saw it done, perhaps you'd like to try the theory before it goes into the trash compactor. All you have to do is gently smooth over any scratches which apparently makes the laser penetrate the CDs surface and read the information contained within. Otherwise the scratch itself scaters the laser making it unreadable.

I used to have the same problem on an original of Lost Eden. It wouldn't play on my 210, but it would on all my other players. I can't explain it either...

Ah, Lost Eden is another one with those driver issues. I'm not sure which player types were involved, but there are two versions of Lost Eden around, one with "compact disc interactive" on the bottom front, and one with "digital video on cd-i" (which is the newer one) on the bottom front.
