New old stock cdi games

Anything relating to CD-i can be discussed in this forum. From the multiple hardware iterations of the system to the sofware including games, reference, music and Video CDs. Maybe you hold an interest in Philips Media and the many development houses set up to cater for CD-i if so then this is the forum.

New old stock cdi games

Post by Star » Thu Oct 28, 2010 4:49 pm

I have been lurking for a while. The reason I registered is because I can't seem to find anymore new old stock cdi games anywhere. If you know where I can get some nos games, please let me know. Many thanks in advance :D

Really appreciate for all the links. :D I found those games on Ebay too but can't be sure if some are missing the sleeves. So one question I have is

whether all brand new sealed CDI games come sealed with the paper sleeve? I know for sure that Zelda came sealed with a sleeve where the cd case inside is also factory sealed. However, the Ebay link posted has no sleeve so I am scared that some games are not "complete" even if the cd case is sealed.

The US release games do come with covers, however the European games don't.

Just check if they are us or euro before purchasing.

Wow, thanks a lot KingArthur, I did not know that.

Is this true only for long-box games or also for cd case games?

So..

this is Euro:

and this is US:

They are both US versions.

The top left corner saying 'CD-I Games' gives this away.

This is an example of a EURO game
