Anything relating to CD-i can be discussed in this forum. From the multiple hardware iterations of the system to the sofware including games, reference, music and Video CDs. Maybe you hold an interest in Philips Media and the many development houses set up to cater for CD-i if so then this is the forum.

Hey there.
I've just picked up a 550 and am wondering which titles I should be chasing up.
This is what I have so far:
Tetris
Kingdom
Asterix
Escape from Cyber City
Space Ace
Link-the faces of evil
Zelda
Thunder in Paradise
Lucky Luke
Rise of the Robots
Who shot Johnny Rock?
On the way:
(From Devin)
Alien Gate
Dimo's Quest
Kether
Litil Divil
Merlins Apprentice
Mystic Midway: Phantom Express
Sargon Chess
Voyeur
And:
Burn Cycle
Uncover Featuring Tatjana
Mad Dog McCree
Night In Nylon City
Monty Python's Invasion From Planet Skyron
I don't really care if games are bad, so long as there is something interesting about them and they're not going to send me broke paying for them

Night in Nylon City is a nice and typical one. It's not a game, but some sort of 'interactive' city to explore and find out all kinds of different things about Nylon. Detailed, funny, impressive. Unfortunately it's pretty rare!
I'd definately try Atlantis: The Last Resort, which was in my opinion technically the most challenging job to get this kind of thing (First Person Shooters) running on CD-i

I've been looking at movies on youtube and Lost Eden looks an impressive game. It looks the sort of game that should have moved a few cd-i's. The Cd-i's Halo perhaps... The music is top notch as well.

I have a back up of that game somewhere, I DID have it but lent it to a friend a year or so ago as his family had a CD-i player and then before I got it back they mooved away lol.

I've only played a handful of CD-i games unfortunately but you've already got my favourite - Thunder in Paradise. it has the best FMV graphics I've ever seen and the actual game is decent too
